Collie Commercial Building
A new thousand square metre commercial building located in Collie. B Waddell Consulting Engineers were requested to redesign the building when the original design for the building was substantially over budget. B Waddell Consulting Engineers completed a redesign and documentation of the building which resulted in a reduction to constructions costs of approximately two hundred thousand dollars. Re-design and documentation of the building focused on simplifying construction details, substantially reducing construction costs.
