Mullaloo Beach House

Located 120 metres from breaking surf, the Mullaloo house is complete with a concrete roof for low maintenance. The concrete suspended slab and the concrete roof utilised Kingflor permanent formwork to reduce construction time.
Designed by architect Nori-Lynn Munoz of Nori-Lynn Industries with structural design and documentation completed by B. Waddell Consulting Engineers.
