Willetton Warehouse
The failed side boundary wall of a Willetton warehouse presented challenges for design and construction with the side wall failed due to excessive loading from the adjoining property.
A temporary bracing system was designed and installed to stabilise the failed wall while design of the wall could be carried out. The final design incorporated precast panel supported by an internal steel frame. The design of the repaired wall incorporated the need for the tenant to remain in the building during construction.
