Wannannup Residence

A two storey residence near Mandurah with sweeping ocean views, the residence was designed by essenziale and constructed by Borcky Constructions with engineering design and documentation completed by B Waddell Consulting Engineers.

The residence is constructed using timber frames, timber floor trusses, and a timber framed skillion roof. Steel columns, floor and roof beams allow maximum use of the internal space and enable large floor and roof spans while providing the required strength for wind loading from the close proximity to the beach.
